Selama ini kita sering menggunakan internet untuk mencari apa aja yang kita mau kan? Tapi, apa pernah kita berpikir tentang browser dan search engine? Selain itu, disini juga ada langkah-langkah tepat untuk mendapatkan informasi dari internet. Check it out!

Bedanya Browser dengan Search Engine itu apa?

Browser adalah software yang digunakan untuk mencari informasi di internet atau di dokumen dalam komputer. Contohnya Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Opera, dan lain-lain.

Sementara itu, search engine adalah web yang menyediakan fasilitas pencarian informasi di internet, contohnya Google dan Yahoo!.

Langkah-langkah Mencari Informasi di Internet

Untuk mencari informasi tertentu :
1. Pertama, buka salah satu search engine (contohnya www.google.com)
2. Ketik kata kunci pada kolom yang disediakan. Kemudian tekan Enter atau klik “Penelusuran Google”.

3. Tunggu sampai muncul hasil pencarian. Kemudian klik salah satu link yang ada. Atau bisa juga dibuka di tab baru dengan cara klik kanan pada link, kemudian pilih “Open in New Tab” atau "Buka tautan di tab baru".

4. Setelah halaman web terbuka, kita bisa menyimpan URL-nya menggunakan pilihan “Add Favorite/Bookmark”. Setelah itu, tentukan nama dan lokasi pada kolom yang disediakan. Kemudian klik “Add”.

5. Halaman yang disimpan itu bisa dibuka kembali lewat menu “Favorites/Bookmarks”. 

Untuk mencari gambar dan menyimpannya (menggunakan search engine Google):
1. Klik “Gambar” pada web Google Indonesia.
2. Ketik kata kunci gambar yang dicari pada kolom yang disediakan. Kemudian tekan Enter atau klik "Telusuri Gambar”.
3. Klik salah satu gambar setelah hasil pencarian muncul. Atau bisa dibuka di tab baru dengan cara yang sama seperti diatas.

4. Setelah halaman web yang memuat gambar terbuka, klik “Lihat dengan ukuran sebenarnya” untuk melihat dengan ukuran gambar penuh.
5. Untuk menyimpannya, klik kanan pada gambar, kemudian pilih “Save Picture As”.

Tentukan nama dan lokasi penyimpanannya pada kotak dialog Save Picture As. Kemudian klik “Save”.

Untuk mencari file animasi dan menyimpannya (ekstensi file GIF) :

1. Ketik kata kunci animasi yang ingin dicari, misalnya "animasi fisika.gif" pada kolom Google Indonesia.

2. Klik salah satu link yang tersedia di hasil pencarian.

3. Setelah halaman web yang memuat animasi itu terbuka, ikuti petunjuk download hingga muncul link Download yang sudah disediakan. Kemudian klik link-nya, contohnya seperti ini:

Fasilitas-fasilitas yang Ada di Internet

Apa aja sih yang bisa kita gunakan di internet? Untuk apa saja? This is it :)

1. World Wide Web (www)

www atau yang lebih dikenal dengan web merupakan fasilitas yang berisi database terdistribusi. Kita dapat mengakses berbagai informasi melalui web baik yang berupa teks, gambar, suara, film, maupun animasi multimedia. Contohnya adalah Youtube yang menyediakan fasilitas menonton video online (video streaming).

 2. Blog

Blog merupakan situs web yang dikelola oleh perseorangan, biasanya berisi catatan pribadi, liputan kegiatan, dan materi lainnya seperti gambar atau video pribadi. Situs web yang menyediakan layanan blog miasalnyaBlogger dan Wordpress.

3. Toko Online (Online Store)

Beberapa situs web menyediakan fasilitas jual-beli secara online. Dengan fasilitas ini, kita bisa membeli barang yang kita butuhkan tanpa perlu beranjak dari depan komputer. Pembayaran biasanya dilakukan melalui kartu kredit atau transfer ke rekening tertentu. Untuk pengiriman barang, biasanya menggunakan jasa kantor pos atau titipan kilat. Praktis kan? Contoh toko online yang bisa kita akses adalahtokobagus.com.

4. E-mail (Electronic Mail)

E-mail digunakan untuk berkomunikasi atau berhubungan langsung dengan orang lain melalui surat elektronik. Kita bisa berkirim surat dengan siapapun di seluruh dunia lewat e-mail. E-mail yang paling populer sekarang adalah yang berbasiskan web, misalnyaYahoo!Mail dan Gmail yang menyediakan layanan e-mail gratis.

5. Milis (Mailing List)

Mailing list merupakan fasilitas untuk berdiskusi secara elektronik menggunakan e-mail. Mailing list yang paling populer sekarang adalah Yahoo!Groups.

6. Forum Diskusi

Dengan fasilitas ini, kita bisa berdiskusi tentang topik tertentu di internet. Bedanya dengan mailing list adalah forum diskusi menggunakan sarana web sementara mailing list menggunakansarana e-mail. Contoh forum diskusi adalah forum CHIP Indonesia yang membahas topik seputar komputer dan teknologi informasi.

Internet yang biasanya kita gunakan gak tersambung gitu aja dari komputer. Kita perlu perangkat atau alat-alat untuk menyambungkan komputer kita dengan internet. Apa aja alatnya? Check it out!

Modem

Modem berasal dari singkatan MOdulator DEModulator. Modulator merupakan bagian yang mengubah sinyal informasi kedalam sinyal pembawa (Carrier) dan siap untuk dikirimkan, sedangkan Demodulator adalah bagian yang memisahkan sinyal informasi (yang berisi data atau pesan) dari sinyal pembawa (carrier) yang diterima sehingga informasi tersebut dapat diterima dengan baik. Modem merupakan penggabungan kedua-duanya, artinya modem adalah alat komunikasi dua arah. Setiap perangkat komunikasi jarak jauh dua-arah umumnya menggunakan bagian yang disebut “modem”, seperti VSAT, Microwave Radio, dan lain sebagainya, namun umumnya istilah modem lebih dikenal sebagai Perangkat keras yang sering digunakan untuk komunikasi pada komputer.
Data dari komputer yang berbentuk sinyal digital diberikan kepada modem untuk diubah menjadi sinyal analog. Sinyal analog tersebut dapat dikirimkan melalui beberapa media telekomunikasi seperti telepon dan radio.
Setibanya di modem tujuan, sinyal analog tersebut diubah menjadi sinyal digital kembali dan dikirimkan kepada komputer. Terdapat dua jenis modem secara fisiknya, yaitu modem eksternal dan modem internal.
Modem terbagi atas:
1. Modem analog yaitu modem yang mengubah sinyal analog menjadi sinyal digital
2. Modem ADSL
3. Modem kabel yaitu modem yang menerima data langsung dari penyedia layanan lewat TV Kabel
4. Modem CDMA
5. Modem 3GP
6. Modem GSM

Router

Router adalah sebuah alat jaringan komputer yang mengirimkan paket data melalui sebuah jaringan atau Internet menuju tujuannya, melalui sebuah proses yang dikenal sebagai routing. Proses routing terjadi pada lapisan 3 (Lapisan jaringan seperti Internet Protocol) dari stack protokol tujuh-lapis OSI.
Router berfungsi sebagai penghubung antar dua atau lebih jaringan untuk meneruskan data dari satu jaringan ke jaringan lainnya. Router berbeda dengan switch. Switch merupakan penghubung beberapa alat untuk membentuk suatu Local Area Network (LAN).
Secara umum, router dibagi menjadi dua buah jenis, yakni:
* static router (router statis): adalah sebuah router yang memiliki tabel routing statis yang diset secara manual oleh para administrator jaringan.
*dynamic router (router dinamis): adalah sebuah router yang memiliki dab membuat tabel routing dinamis, dengan mendengarkan lalu lintas jaringan dan juga dengan saling berhubungan dengan router lainnya.

Kartu Jaringan (Network Interface Card disingkat NIC)

Kartu Jaringan adalah sebuah kartu yang berfungsi sebagai jembatan dari komputer ke sebuah jaringan komputer. Jenis NIC yang beredar, terbagi menjadi dua jenis, yakni NIC yang bersifat fisik, dan NIC yang bersifat logis. Contoh NIC yang bersifat fisik adalah NIC Ethernet, Token Ring, dan lainnya; sementara NIC yang bersifat logis adalah loopback adapter dan Dial-up Adapter. Disebut juga sebagai Network Adapter. Setiap jenis NIC diberi nomor alamat yang disebut sebagai MAC address, yang dapat bersifat statis atau dapat diubah oleh pengguna.

Webcam

Webcam (singkatan dari web camera) adalah sebutan bagi kamera real-time (bermakna keadaan pada saat ini juga) yang gambarnya bisa diakses atau dilihat melaluiWorld Wide Web, program instant messaging, atau aplikasi video call. Istilah “webcam” juga merujuk kepada jenis kamera yang digunakan untuk keperluan ini. Ada berbagai macam merek webcam, diantaranya LogiTech, SunFlowwer, dan sebagainya. Webcam biasanya berresolusi sebesar 352×288 / 640×480 piksel. Namun ada yang kualitasnya hingga 1 Megapiksel. Sekarang hampir semua kamera digital dan HP bisa dijadikan sebagai kamera web (webcam).

VGA Card

VGA singkatan dari Video Graphics Adapter, adalah standar tampilan komputer analog yang dipasarkan pertama kali oleh IBM pada tahun 1987. Walaupun standar VGA sudah tidak lagi digunakan karena sudah diganti oleh standar yang lebih baru, VGA masih diimplementasikan pada Pocket PC. VGA merupakan standar grafis terakhir yang diikuti oleh mayoritas pabrik pembuat kartu grafis komputer. Tampilan Windows sampai sekarang masih menggunakan modus VGA karena didukung oleh banyak produsen monitor dan kartu grafis.

Hub

Hub adalah sebuah perangkat jaringan komputer yang berfungsi untuk menghubungkan peralatan-peralatan dengan ethernet 10BaseT atau serat optik sehingga menjadikannya dalam satu segmen jaringan. Hub bekerja pada lapisan fisik (layer 1) pada model OSI.

Gosick takes place in 1924 in a small, French-speaking fictional European country of Sauville. The story centers on Kazuya Kujo, the third son of a high ranking officer of Japanese Imperial Army, who is a transfer student to St. Marguerite Academy, where urban legends and horror stories are all the rage. There he meets Victorique, a mysterious yet beautiful and brilliant girl who never comes to class and spends her days reading the entire content of the library or solving mysteries that even detectives can't solve. The series mostly focuses on Kazuya and Victorique getting involved in different mystery cases and their struggle to solve them, at the same time forming important bonds with different people.

Characters

Kujou Kazuya (Seiyuu: Eguchi Takuya)

The main character of the story. As the youngest son of a soldier, Kazuya has spent most of his life struggling with living in his highly successful siblings' shadows. Jealous of all the attention his brothers got, he worked hard to compete, but everything changed when he understood that adults, who think that the youngest child is always spoiled and useless, will never acknowledge his efforts. With a permanent scar in his heart he left the military academy in Japan and before anyone from his family could stop him, went to study abroad to St. Marguerite. Unfortunately, his appearance, combined with the student body's belief that "the traveler who comes in the spring brings death with him" has resulted in Kazuya being called the "Reaper" and having no friends. By some twist of fate he becomes a messenger and companion to the most eccentric pupil in the school, Victorique. At first he didn't like Victorique because of her arrogant attitude, but after some time he started to care for her and be protective of her. He is described, by Victorique, as a good and sincere person whose soul is pure and beautiful enough to admit pride. Despite everything that happened in Japan he is proud to be a soldier's son.

Victorique de Blois (Seiyuu: Yuuki Aoi)

The heroine of the story. Victorique has the appearance of a small (4'7"), almost doll-like, girl with long golden hair and emerald eyes and a voice that sounds exactly like that of an older woman. Another important part of Victorique's appearance is a pipe that she smokes when thinking about something. She spends her days at the conservatory at the top of the library, reading several difficult books, often in different languages, simultaneously. She points at one wall of the library and has told Kazuya that she has read almost all the books over there. Along with her sharp tongue, abusive bluntness and eccentric attitude, she possesses amazing detective skills.

Avril Bradley (Seiyuu: Shitaya Noriko)

An international student from Great Britain. Because she and Kazuya were both from abroad, they quickly found common ground and were able to talk freely. Is a beautiful girl with short blond hair and blue eyes. It is hinted that she has feelings for Kazuya. She represents Kazuya's ordinary ties to the school, apart from his adventures with Victorique. She also enjoys eating and is fond of ghost stories. The real Avril Bradley was kidnapped on the way to the academy and replaced by Keiran II, the succesor of the famous thief Keiran who mysteriously disappeared 8 years prior. This thief wishes to continue his legacy by stealing the priceless works of famous artists and writers, etc., and was after a rare stamp that Avril's grandfather, a famed adventurer, had intended to give to her. She was rescued by Kujo, and later in the nurse's office said she thought he was a "black-haired prince." Ironically because the thief knew in high details of the real Avril. It wasn't hard for Kazuya to reestablish a friendship with the real Avril, who even developed feelings for him, but has a hard time trying to get closer to him due to his dedication to Victorique. In episode 14, she confessed her love for Kujo to Victorique but Victorique left before she can hear Avril's words.

Grevil de Blois (Seiyuu: Kiuchi Hidenobu)

Grevil is an aristocrat who had forced the local police to make him a detective purely because he had an interest in crime. The most noticeable thing in his appearance is his drill-like hairstyle that Kazuya thinks could be used as a deadly weapon. Despite being a terrible detective and always having to rely on Victorique to solve his crimes, he usually refuses to acknowledge that she even exists. When he comes to the library he speaks about the case that troubles him to Kazuya, saying that it helps him to clarify his thoughts. Kazuya tries to get him to tell it to Victorique, which he ignores. Victorique tells Kazuya to chat with the detective, that she will just read her books; if she says anything to herself, pay no attention. This is because he is Victorique's half brother and even if they are family they could never acknowledge each other in public. His mother was their father's proper wife and because he is the eldest son he takes all the glory for solving crimes and will take over after their father dies. He is described by Victorique as a heel and a playboy.

Cordelia Gallo (Seiyuu: Sawashiro Miyuki)

The mother of Victorique. She was a Dancer. And her home town was the Village of Gray Wolves. It was Marquis de Blois, who told her that he wants to insert the unique ability of Gray Wolves into his aristocratic bloodline. So he made her his... till he discovered her secret - that is she was a criminal. She had worked as a maid at her home town, but one night, she was said to have committed a terrible crime that caused her exile from the village. After discovering that, Marquis regretted introducing their blood into his line. 15 years later, Victorique came to Cordelia's birthplace and found out the true murderer in the crime Cordelia was accused of committing, and cleared her mother's name.

Brian Roscoe (Seiyuu: Toru Ohkawa)

He is a popular performing magician who wanders around Sauville. He is later revealed to be a descendant of the Gray Wolves, and is the person responsible for the supply of electricity to their secluded town. He appears as the main performer in a theater in Saubrème, where he stars in a show called Fantasmagorie (French, "phantasmagoria"). It's revealed that "Brian Roscoe" are twins with the same name.

Marquis Albert de Blois (Seiyuu: Sugou Takayuki, Kimura Ryohei)

The father of both Victorique and Grevil de Blois, and a member of Sauville's Ministry of the Occult. A man obsessed with the supernatural, he seeks unexplainable powers to fuel his quest to lead Sauville into progress. Marquis Albert applies a strict approach whether if it concerns his quest to gain supernatural might or if it involves Victorique or Grevil. He is also very focused in his ambitions to the point of disregarding the family he created through Cordelia Gallo, in fact, he regards Victorique as a mere tool for the struggle between the Ministry and the Science Academy.

Since then, he had a lust for revenge and hated ORB and their "sugarcoated" ideals of achieving peace without any weapons, etc. Orb soldier Captain Todaka then takes care of Shinn and later sends him to the PLANTs, where he joins ZAFT and graduates as one of the top students in his class as a "ZAFT Red". After graduation, Shinn is assigned to pilot ZAFT's ZGMF-X56S Impulse, and is stationed aboard the battleship Minerva under the command of Talia Gladys along with former military academy classmates Rey Za Burrel, Vino Dupre, Lunamaria Hawke, Meyrin Hawke, and Yolant Kent.

Same old same old, upon the reunion with Athrun; Yzak calling him a bastard, telling him not to order him around since he was the commander now, something all too familiar with Dearka because nothing's really changed at all. Fighting in his Gunner ZAKU Warrior, they manage to stop the attack of the extremists and Phantom Pain, but not quickly enough to finish the demolition of the Junius Seven ruins. When the battle comes to an end, and once everything settles down, Dearka stays aboard the Voltaire and watches the ship while Yzak escorts her back to PLANT. At the end when she is escorted into the council room, one of the soldiers in line were Dearka in his black suit.

Gilbert Dullindal is the chairman of the PLANT Supreme Council. Above all, Durandal seeks peace and doesn't follow the genocidal intentions of Patrick Zala and his followers. His words are meant to inspire people to follow his ideals of a perfect world without war. Durandal is seen as a cunning strategist who always thinks ahead of his adversaries. However, Durandal is also willing to eliminate those who are not committed to his cause or have not been swayed to his side, such as Athrun Zala. Durandal's personal goal for a world without war comes in the form of his mysterious Destiny Plan.

Talia Gladys is captain of the newly commissioned Minerva.She has shown good instinctive battle tactics and often orders the support ZAKU units to stay close to the ship, limiting the amount of damage done to the ship. However her strategic prowess is somewhat lacking, sometimes relying on others to organize battle plans. Captain Gladys does not use the resources of the Minerva recklessly or without provocation. She has been seen to use the Minerva's "Tannhäuser" positron beam cannon normally as a last resort. Her strengths eventually earn her an appointment into FAITH. While a good tactician, she sometimes has a hard time asserting her authority with some of her mobile suit pilots. This is made worse when two of them are also appointed into FAITH. Even though her crew is loyal to her, Gladys' own loyalties sometimes seem to waver. She clearly disagrees with many decisions handed down to her by the top brass in ZAFT and the PLANT Supreme Council, but despite personal misgivings, she always follows her orders. Her inability to do what sometimes she believes is right makes her vulnerable to manipulation.

Two years have passed since the war of Jachin Due, once a member of the Earth Alliance, now officially goes on a path of non-violence with his companion, Lacus Clyne. They both lived in a seaside cabin at first with a daycare as well as Kira's "mother and father", but was later forced to move out so they re-located to a mansion. However, due to an unfortunate situation, he later realized that something had to be done, and later, together with Lacus, Murrue, Andrew, and other members of the Clyne Faction, they relaunched in the Archangel and since then, have been on a path towards stopping conflicts. As a firm promoter of peace, he protects all people who he loves and cares about, especially Lacus Clyne. He is fairly quiet when he was living with Lacus in their seaside cabin and mansion, but once the Archangel re-launced and the Clyne Faction was back up and running, he started to talk more and gives decisive orders. He has a hatred inside for Meer Campbell due to the fact that she is an imposter of Lacus Clyne. His actions are often for the better and he strives to end all conflicts in support for peace. An extremely large jump in combat experience is shown in Kira Yamato as he pilots his ZGMF-X10A Freedom Gundam. As a supporter of peace, he makes sure never to cut through the cockpit of a mobile suit and only disables his enemies by decimating their weapons systems, and sometimes an arm, leg, or a booster pack. His speed is extremely fast as well enabling him to easily dodge attacks from multitudes of enemies and wiping out large squadrons of mobile suits. In addition, he is capable of easily intercepting missiles thanks to his HiMAT system that is able to lock on to all of them. His power is beyond compare and can defeat even the newest of all mobile suits.

The famous Athrun Zala took up residence in Orb after the end of the previous war, taking on the alias Alex Dino and assisting Cagalli as her aide and bodyguard. When he accompanies Cagalli to Armory One for a meeting with Chairman Durandal, Athrun is drawn into the new conflict, and with the fall of Junius Seven and the outbreak of full-scale war he decides to cast aside his false identity and return to the battlefield. On the field of battle, Athrun Zala excels piloting just about anything. When he pilots a standard mobile suit ZAKU warrior (Phase 1), he is able to pilot it with immense skill and bravery. Noted for his skills, Durandal provides Athrun with Saviour, one of the new Gundams. He is extremely agile and fast and makes use of power, speed, and skill all at the same time. However, despite his improved skills, he cannot easily defeat enemy Gundam pilots such as the experimental Earth Alliance pilots. With that being said, although his skills in combat have a definite increase, they are not as skilled as that of Kira Yamato. After his Saviour is destroyed in battle with Freedom, Athrun gets the Infinite Justice and fights alongside Kira's Strike Freedom.

Lacus Clyne is a pop idol among the PLANTs, this is due to both her father, Siegel Clyne, Supreme Council chairmen of PLANT, and the fact her beautiful singing voice is so grand (many suspect that this is partly due to the fact she is a Coordinator). Near the beginning of the series she was engaged to Athrun Zala through an arranged marriage. Though (reporting to the drama CD) the two were in love when they first met, their feelings diminished as time went on and the engagement became more political then ever before. The pink-haired princess enters the series when she is traveling in a civilian vessel for a memorial ceremony on Junius Seven. The ship is mistaken for a ZAFT military aircraft, and is attacked by the Earth Alliance. Lacus is escorted to a lifepod, and escapes safely. Shortly thereafter, Lacus' escape pod is discovered by Kira in the Strike. He brings the pod back to the Archangel. The doors to the life pod open and out hops a small, pink, robotic ball. Following after it is Lacus Clyne herself in a bit of dismay that she was saved by Earth forces. Despite being enemies, the girl is cheery and kind to everyone on the ship as they keep her hostage. ZAFT forces discover the Archangel, and a battle breaks out. Before the Earth Alliance can suffer more loss, Natarle Badgiruel opens a channel to the enemy. It is then revealed to ZAFT that Lacus Clyne, the famous idol, is onboard the Archangel. Kira is distraught and, due to Flay's abusive words, comes direly close to an emotional breakdown; however, Lacus attempts to comfort him. The couple find that they both know Athrun Zala on a personal level, and even that Athrun made Lacus' Haro/Pink-chan (her pink, robotic ball) and Kira's Torii (his flying bird robot). Kira decides to return Lacus to where she belongs with Athrun. Even before meeting Kira, Lacus had an indirect influence on the war. She spread her opinion throughout PLANT by singing a song of peace, her lyrics filled with the hope of harmony between the nations. After encountering the Archangel, she expresses a larger need to achieve peace by aiding Kira many more times, causing Athrun to question his purpose for taking part in the war, and much more. In time, she ends up falling in love with
Kira, and Athrun & her engagement is ended without quarrel.

Miriallia Haw (Seiyuu: Toyoguchi Megumi)

Two years after the war, Miriallia is shown working as a freelance photographer, covering events such as the damage caused by Junius 7 and Meer Campbell's promotional appearance on Earth. However, subsequent cameos reveal that her new career doubles as a front for her actions as an agent of Terminal, the information group allied with many former members of the Three Ships Alliance. By chance, she meets Athrun again and learns of his rejoining ZAFT. Athrun asks about her relationship with Dearkka Elthman. She does not reply, but later tells others she had dumped Dearka. Miriallia arranges a meeting between Athrun and their mutual friends Cagalli Yula Athha and Kira. At this meeting, Athrun tells the others that Cagalli needs to return to Orb, while they inform him that special forces from ZAFT had attempted to assassinate Lacus. Before the Archangel's intervention in the Battle of Crete, Miriallia returns to the Archangel (much to the delight of the crew), taking up her former position as a communications officer. She continues to photographically log key events of the war for the sake of history. When Athrun confronts Shinn Asuka towards the end of this conflict, he reiterates the context of what Miriallia had said during the previous war about the senselessness of revenge for the loss of loved ones: it won't bring them back.

"Maria" is frequently seen in the company of Andrew Waltfeld, whose lover Aisha was also killed in the war. After the departure of Minerva, Murrue was involved in the attempted assasination at the temporary residence of Lacus Clyne, along with Andrew Waltfeld. After Orb's membership into the Earth Alliance, Murrue reunited the original crew, and relaunched the Archangel, which now has got submarine capabilities. Before departure, they kidnapped Cagalli from her political wedding with Yuna.

Neo Leonorke is introduced in Gundam SEED Destiny as a captain in the Earth Alliance Forces 81st Autonomous Mobile Group, commonly known as the Phantom Pain. In this capacity he takes orders from Lord Djibril and is in direct command of the three Extended pilots Sting Oakley, Stellar Loussier, and Auel Neider. Neo and his stealth warship, the Girty Lue, engage in repeated battles with the ZAFT battleship Minerva over the course of the series, including interfering in ZAFT's efforts to prevent the Seven colony drop. Because of the mask he wears, Neo's face is not revealed until late in the series. Initially he pilots a TS-MA4F Exus mobile armor which is very similar in design to Mwu's Moebius Zero, albeit more refined. In skirmishes with ZAFT during the Armory One incident, Neo demonstrates an extrasensory awareness of Rey Za Burrel similar to Mwu's awareness of Rau Le Creuset; in battles in later episodes, Kira Yamato also displays a degree of similar awareness of Neo. Kira's recognition of Neo prompts him to disable Neo's GAT-04 Windam during the Battle of Berlin; Neo is unmasked in the process, and Murrue Ramius, observing his striking resemblance to Mwu, brings him on board the Archangel.

He uses the heavily armed suit to wreak havoc inside the colony, killing many ZAFT soldiers. He is later involved in two other battles in space (the first in the debris belt, the second on the remnants of the destroyed PLANT colony Junius Seven). After the start of the Second Bloody Valentine War, Auel and the rest of Phantom Pain go to Earth.

Destiny!

Akhirnya setelah seleksi tahap II AFS, keluar juga hasilnya, dan..... nama saya gak ada. Hmm, oke kecewa? pastinya, tapi sedikit sih. Karena saya sadar jawaban yang saya berikan buat para juri emang gak bermutu. Tiba-tiba lupa semua berita. Yang saya inget cuma berita anime, jpop, super junior, hehe yah you get what you pay lah *sok inggris :p*

Sebenernya dari kemarin udah feeling ga bagus, dan hari ini lihat hasilnya beneran. Oke, saya percaya ini yang terbaik buat saya, Allah tau itu :) Orangtua saya juga ternyata pada senang saya gak lolos haduh --' mereka bilang, kalo saya emang ditkdirkan untuk pergi, mereka akan ihklas, tapi kalo tidak berarti alhamdulillah. Melihat ini semua, saya makin menyadari semuannya...

Maaf ya temen-temen yang udah minta oleh-oleh, ga bisa tahun depan kayanya hehe.. Tapi kalo saya ke Jepang akan saya beliin kok. Is that okay?

Well, yesterday was my bithday after all :D So, today is my refreshing day from my daily activity (exam, study, thinking and thinking again =.=). That's my familiy's present for me, thanks all :)

Ngomong-ngomong, judul posting nya jadi mengingatkan saya pada satu anime favorit saya, sumpah anime ini seru banget dan menggetarkan hati para penontonnya banget deh :') Ini dia jeng jeng... Mobile Suit GUNDAM Seed Destiny >< Yuk kita bahas GUNDAM, tapi di posting berikutnya yaa :)

MOPD setahun yang lalu :')

Mengingat masa MOPD SMA saya...

Hari itu disuruh datang ke sekolah jam 9 pagi, tapi saya terlambat (hari pertama sekolah). Di lapangan udah baris banyak banget orang. Kakak kelas yang baris di depan kita semua memperkenalkan diri sebagai panitia MOPD 2010. Gak disangka ternyata hari itu (saya lupa tanggalnya, bulan Juli) udah mulai MOPD nya. Kita semua dikasih tugas nulis peraturan MOPD 50x. Banyak yang protes minta dikurangi, termasuk saya. Tapi ternyata, ada juga yg mau aja disuruh nulis 50x peraturan belasan nomer itu. Dia pake ngitung dari 24 jam sehari bisa bla bla bla.. Gila aja, emangnya seharian kerjaan saya cuma nulis itu doang! Akhirnya kita dikasih keringanan sampe 20 kopian (tetap banyak sih, tapi jauh mendingan).

Setelah itu, kelas kami dibagi dan saya dapat kelas X1 atau Orion. Bener aja, setelah masuk ruang kelas masing2, kita dapet tugas bikin properti buat dipake setiap hari selama MOPD, ditambah tugas bikin essai 1000 kata. Gak kebayang kalo beneran jadi nulis peraturan 50x!

Dan.. jeng jeng dimulai lah masa orientasi itu. Hari pertama, saya terlambat. Hukumannya bikin essai 500 kata tentag efisiensi waktu. Plis deh, dari kemaren tugasnnya bikin essai melulu, dan semua tugas bikin essai itu tidak ada yg saya kerjain sampe selesai. Pagi ada materi, siang SENTRA masuk untuk ngasih tugas dan menghukum kita, karena emang kita selalu salah dimata mereka. Setelah itu korlas masuk dan memberi kode makanan untuk besok. Beruntung ada kakak mentor yg selalu menyemangati kita dan memberi saran2 berguna :') Begitu terus selama seminggu. Seminggu itu saya dan semua teman yg lain tidur lewat tengah malem, ato bahkan ada yg gak tidur. Bener-bener tekanan mental dan fisik. Tapi bukan lewat tendangan, pukulan, ato apa, melainkan lewat tugas yang segunung setiap harinya.

Sampe di hari jumat, hari terakhir MOPD, kita semua kayanya dikerjain. Tugas bikin penampilan di hari sabtunya, bikin karya angkatan di satu papan yg dikerjain sama anak se angkatan (kebayang kan gimana ribetnya), dan korlas yang dihilangkan entah kemana. Tapi di penghujung hari, kita dikumpulkan di lapangan untuk dimarahin (lagi) dan di evaluasi kegiatan selama seminggu itu. Saat kita semua disuruh merem sambil koreksi diri, tiba-tiba ada bunyi "byuuur" dan semua buka mata. Ada yang basah kuyup karena searah banget sama jatohnya air, tapi saya cuma basah dikit :) Kakak kakak itu bilang "Selamat Datang di Smansa!" dan semuanya rusuh banget. Kita foto-foto dan ya ngobrol2, dan menyalami kakak kakak itu satu satu. Sepertinya ini udah jadi tradisi di hari terkhir MOPD smansa.

Hari sabtu pun tiba, saya ke sekolah dengan tenang, gak kaya kemaren kemaren pasti tegang dan ketakutan sendiri kalo mau ke sekolah. Setelah penampilan APSI, ada penampilan dari tiap ekskul, kemaren ada juga sih yg promosi ekskul ke kelas kelas. Kita semua daftar ke ekskul yg diinginkan masing-masing. Dan ini hari terakhir bersama kelas Orion saya.

Masa orientasi itu adalah masa masa penuh perjuangan, rasanya pulang malem dan ngerjain tugas sampe gak tidur. Tapi itu emang berguna banget mengingat sekolah pada kenyataannya gak jauh beda dari MOPD. Saya pasti nyesel banget kalo ninggalin MOPD meski cuma sehari aja. Tugas, 5S (senyum,salam,sapa,sopan,santun), fisik, mental, tanggung jawab, prinsip, argumen, keberanian, percaya diri, itu semua yg saya pelajari dari MOPD. I'll never forget that moment :') Thanks for Smansa, Sentra, Korlas, Kakak Mentor, and Orion!

Seleksi AFS Tahap I

Tanggal 1 Mei 2011 termasuk hari bersejarah buat aku.
Hari itu, sehari setelah pulang dari study tour sekolah aku ke Jogja, aku dan teman-teman langsung melaksanakan tes seleksi tahap I AFS Chapter Jakarta. Aku berangkat pagi dari rumah dengan membawa dua kartu ujian (yang satunya punya temanku). Di perjalanan, kita ngobrol tentang apapun yang lagi rame di berita, termasuk tentang pernikahannya Pangeran William dengan Kate itu.
Sampai di lokasi (MA Darunnajah JakSel) aku berkumpul dengan teman-teman yang udah datang duluan. Kita semua ngomongin berita apa aja. Bisa berita olahraga, hiburan, politik, dll. Gak lupa juga baca-baca RPUL terbaru dan menghafal mentri Kabinet Indonesia Bersatu II. Semua itu karena pada seleksi tahap I ini, tes nya adalah IPU (Ilmu Pengetahuan Umum), Bahasa Inggris, dan.. jeng jeng.. membuat essai. semuanya dilakukan secara tertulis.
Tes pertama, IPU. Ya Allah, hampir 80% aku gak tau jawabannya. Semua yang tadi aku dan teman-teman pelajarin gak ada yang tercantum di soal kecuali satu, hari bumi. Keluar ruangan sih pada lesu karena emang soal yang ada sangat tidak terduga. Pengetahuan Umum yang benar-benar UMUM. Oke, tetap optimis aja :)
Tes kedua, Bahasa Inggris. Kali ini lebih ditekankan ke vocabulary kita. Menurut aku sih, tes kedua lebih mudah daripada yang pertama tadi. Tapi, nggak tau kalau menurut teman-teman.
Tes ketiga, membuat essai. Jujur aja, ini tes paling mendebarkan buat aku karena aku kurang bisa menulis essai. Apalagi essai kali ini ditentukan rentang waktunya dan jumlah kalimatnya. Aku mengikuti saran teman agar langsung menulis apa yang ada di pikiran dan jangan dipikir lagi. Alhamdulillah aku berhasil melewati tes ketiga dengan lancaaaaar, fyuh~
Setelah hampir sebulan menunggu pengumuman, akhirnya terbit juga hasilnya. Alhamdulillah, aku dan 15 teman saya berhasil lolos ke tahap selanjutnya! Perjuangan masih panjang, semangat!
